Program description

The FC Softball Tournament alerts program sends text messages about the tournament to fans who opt in: game reminders about 20 minutes before first pitch, final scores, and occasional updates such as delays, weather, or schedule changes. The program is operated by Noah Dunsmore.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the “Get Tournament Alerts” form on northtexassoftballtournament.com and choosing the team(s) or the whole tournament you want to follow. By submitting your number you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. On tournament day you may receive several messages (a reminder and a result for each game you follow, plus any tournament-wide updates); outside of tournament day, messages are infrequent.

Cost

We do not charge for alerts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on the website.

Carriers & delivery

Supported carriers include the major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
